ECO ACHIEVERS INETR SCHOOL NATURE QUIZ
Rotary Club of Calcutta Yuvis organised its 5th edition of unique Inter School Quiz Event environmental awareness “Eco Achievers Quiz” in association with Interact Club of Adamas International School on18th January, 2020 at The MCKV School, Liluah. The quiz was on Environment to create awareness on wildlife and Nature. 100 students in 32 teams of 25 schools from all over Kolkata participated. MCKV school was the host of the event for this year who arranged venue, logistics and food for approx. 190 persons were present including students, members and school teacher and supportive staff. PDG Rtn. Brojo Gopal Kundu, DGND Rtn. Ajay Law & Mrs. India Apsara Guhathakurta were the esteemed guests for the event. The purpose of the Quiz is to create awareness among the impressionable minds of young children about Nature, its beauty, its vibrancy, the ecosystem and necessity of the same for planet Earth’s health and well being. The quiz is an ideal platform, where in the competitive environment the children learn about Environment &its preservation. The Top three team goes onto to participate in the Semi Final at Patna & then onto Finals at Mumbai.
