Weekly Meeting

Our Club generally meets every Friday at Oswal Chambers 2 Church Lane, Kolkata-700001 at 7pm. The meeting commences with the National Anthem and then the general agendas are wishing birthdays and anniversaries falling in the forthcoming week, giving information regarding mails and invitations received during the past week from Rotary International, District, Fellow Rotary clubs and others, reports about the activities, services and projects of the past week undertaken by the club, any member attending any district event or events organized by the fellow Rotary clubs, forthcoming projects, sharing of views and ideas of the members, inviting guest speakers, inviting annes and kids as speaker, debates. We have conducted till 31st May 2018 , 412 meeting in a span of 8 years with comes to average of – meeting per year as against 26 per year by Rotary International. Our club celebrates milestones(50th, 100th ) of RWMs by inviting all the members with their families.
