Aloke Kumar Kanodia

Aloke was born on 29th May 1960, in Calcutta, West Bengal. He has completed his Secondary Education with West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. He did his Graduation in Commerce from Bhawanipore Education Society College, Calcutta and has also completed Bachelor of Legislative Law from Calcutta University, Calcutta.

He is practicing as a legal consultant on 3 tracks of Civil Suit :

• Track 1 – Simple suit for recovery of Money including cases at NCLT; Matrimonial suits including suits for Custody, Maintenance, Eviction, Uncontested Probate, Administration and Succession; Proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
• Track 2 – Includes Commercial suit; Title suit of all nature including Partition and Mortgage suit; suit based on Negotiable Instruments; suit involving disputes of Trademarks, Copyrights and other Intellectual Property right matters.
• Track 3 – Included all other kinds of suits.

He is engaged in various social activities of Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh ( RSS), since his childhood. He is a member of The Rotary Club of Belur since 1991. He got married in 1985 to Anita and is blessed with a son Ankit. Ankit is a B.Tech (Computer Science) and MBA (Finance). He is happily married to Nikita, who is a Chartered Accountant & Company Secretary.
