Dear Rtns,
Project Shakti, for women patients, went off to a rousing start at Rotary Club of Adyar Fourrts Medical Center today. RC Adyar, along with RC Vellachery, Chettinad Hospital and of course, Fourrts, collaborated to make this a memorable event. CSD Rtn Rajendran, Secy Jayaraman were present on behalf of RC Adyar.
President Rtn Sivakumaar and his team from RC Vellachery are to be thanked for their participation and enormous contribution to this event. Ramesh of Fourrts helped in coordinating the event. Dr Augustine and the doctors and nurses of Chettinad hospital are to be thanked for their efforts.

Yes, Women’s Wellness Camp (Project Shakthi) was a success with 204 patients were screened by the team of Doctors from Chettinad Hospital, which was also well supported by our own Medical Centre Doctor, Dr.Augustine Arokiaraj and Nurse, Ms.Shalini. It was almost 3.00 p.m. the last set of Gynaecologist Doctors completed screening the patients..
Around 31 patients were referred to the Chettinad Hospital for further follow-up. Our Medical Centre is having a copy of the list of referal patients for their follow-up on this matter.
From RC of Chennai Velacherry, Rtn.Sivakumar, Rtn.Senthil Balraj, Rtn.Subramaniam, Rtn.A.S.Prabhakar, Rtn.Viswanathan & Rtn.Prabha participated in the camp. Mr.Padmanabhan, RCC also supported with his colleagues through out the camp.
